About the role
moneta works with cloud resellers and MSPs who manage AWS and Azure billing across many customer environments. Once they're live on the platform, the difference between a renewal and a churn is whether someone helped them turn moneta into the operating rhythm of their billing team. That someone is you.
You'll own a portfolio of reseller and MSP accounts. You'll run monthly business reviews where the numbers — margin, savings, billing accuracy — speak for themselves. You'll coordinate with the product team when customers hit limits and with the AE team when there's growth to unlock.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding of new reseller accounts through their first three billing cycles on moneta.
- Run monthly business reviews with customer finance, ops, and leadership. Bring data, not slides.
- Identify margin gaps, discount inefficiencies, and pricing drift in customer environments — and turn them into action plans.
- Coordinate with engineering and product when customers hit edge cases or request new capabilities.
- Drive net revenue retention through renewals, expansions, and the reseller add-on.
- Be the voice of the customer in our roadmap conversations.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in customer success, account management, or solutions consulting at a B2B SaaS company.
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and SQL-lite query tools. You don't need to write code — you do need to read numbers.
- Experience in cloud, FinOps, billing, or accounting software is a strong plus.
- Calm under pressure with finance and ops stakeholders. You can read a P&L without flinching.
- Excellent written communication. You can email a CFO and a billing operator in the same hour.
Bonus points
- FinOps Certified Practitioner.
- Prior experience at a cloud reseller, MSP, or distributor.
- Working knowledge of AWS Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, or Azure MACC.
