No. We bill on customer spend before applying optimization savings. If moneta surfaces $40,000/month in savings for one of your customers, your fee doesn't go up by the same amount — quite the opposite.
A customer is a billing entity in your reseller plane — typically one organization with one or more cloud accounts. Internal projects in a single AWS payer don't each count as separate customers.
Only if you're rebilling cloud spend to multiple customers. Direct cloud customers managing their own cloud bill don't need it. AWS / Azure / MSP resellers usually do — that's where the per-tenant invoicing, branded portal, and internal margin layer live.
